1. 我们是谁 / Who we are
中文:HeatReels(以下称"我们")是由 HeatReels Limited(香港公司,商业登记号 81314294;地址 Unit 1603, 16/F The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong)运营的短剧应用与网站,提供短剧在线观看、会员订阅、 虚拟币(Coins)购买与解锁、任务奖励(Bonus)等服务。本政策说明我们收集哪些个人信息、 为什么收集、保存多久、会提供给谁,以及你可以如何行使权利。
EN: HeatReels ("we", "us") is a short-drama app and website operated by HeatReels Limited (Hong Kong; Business Registration No. 81314294; Unit 1603, 16/F The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong). We provide streaming of short dramas, VIP subscriptions, purchase and unlocking with virtual currency (Coins), and task rewards (Bonus). This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights.
适用范围 / Scope:HeatReels Android 应用、HeatReels iOS 应用、HeatReels 网页版(H5),以及 heatreels.com 下的页面。
2. 我们收集什么、为什么、存多久、给谁

2.5 广告 / Advertising
中文:HeatReels 当前版本不含广告,不接入任何广告 SDK,也不读取或收集广告标识符(Android 广告 ID / GAID、iOS IDFA)。
EN: The current version of HeatReels contains no advertising, integrates no advertising SDK, and does not read or collect the advertising identifier (Android Advertising ID / GAID, iOS IDFA).
3. 我们不做的事
- 不出售个人信息。
- 不把可识别到个人的观看记录提供给内容提供方(片方);片方只看到匿名化哈希 ID 与聚合数据。
- 不收集通讯录、通话记录、短信内容。
- 不在后台持续获取精确位置。
- 本服务仅向年满 18 周岁的成年人提供(App 首次启动即进行年龄确认,选择未满 18 岁将无法使用);若发现误收集了未成年人的信息,我们会删除。

EN: Payments are completed inside Google Play / the App Store; we never receive your card number. We use no advertising network and do not collect the advertising identifier; Firebase Analytics is configured with advertising-ID collection disabled.
5. 与内容提供方(片方)的数据共享
我们按观看时长向片方结算分成。为此,片方后台可以看到:
- 匿名化的用户哈希 ID(SHA-256 截断,不可反推),
- 该用户当月在其剧集上的有效观看时长、集数、支付渠道类型、是否首月、分账金额。
片方看不到你的邮箱、手机号、昵称、头像、IP、设备标识,也看不到你在其他片方剧集上的行为。
6. 数据存放地与跨境传输
中文:服务器与数据库位于新加坡(阿里云);视频、封面与图片经 Cloudflare 的全球节点分发。若你所在国家/地区与服务器所在地不同,你的数据会被传输至该地处理。我们通过合同条款与服务商约束(标准合同条款或等效机制)保障传输安全。
EN: Our servers and database are located in Singapore (Alibaba Cloud); videos, covers and images are delivered through Cloudflare's global network. If you are outside the server location, your data is transferred there for processing, protected by contractual terms with our providers (standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism).
7. 你的权利
中文:你可以:查阅、更正、导出你的个人信息;删除账号;撤回同意(如推送); 对处理提出异议;投诉至当地监管机构。
- App 内删除账号:我的 → 设置 → 删除账号。提交后有 7 天冷静期(期间可随时撤销),到期自动删除。详见 heatreels.com/delete-account。
- 邮件:[email protected],我们在 30 天内回复。没有安装 App 也可以发邮件申请删除。
- 删除后:账号信息在 30 天内删除或匿名化;法律要求保留的交易记录按 §2.3 的期限保留。
EN: You may access, correct and export your personal data; delete your account; withdraw consent (e.g. push notifications); object to processing; and complain to your local regulator.

8. 安全措施
中文:传输层 HTTPS;密码加盐哈希;服务端对支付凭证做校验;分账相关的观看数据与账号数据分表存放; 后台访问按角色授权并留操作日志;对"查询某手机号是否注册"这类接口做频率限制, 并且无论号码是否存在都返回同一段文案,避免被用来批量核对他人账号。 没有任何系统可以保证绝对安全,发生个人数据泄露时,我们会依法在规定时限内通知监管机构与受影响用户。
EN: HTTPS in transit; passwords stored salted-and-hashed; purchase receipts verified server-side; revenue-share viewing data kept in tables separate from account data; admin access is role-based and audited; endpoints such as "is this phone number registered" are rate-limited and return the same message whether or not the number exists, so they cannot be used to enumerate other people's accounts. No system can be perfectly secure; in the event of a personal-data breach we will notify the relevant regulator and affected users within the periods required by law.
9. Cookie 与本地存储
中文:网页版(H5)使用浏览器本地存储(localStorage)保存:登录令牌、设备标识、 未发送成功的观看心跳队列、界面偏好。这些不是广告追踪 Cookie。 清除浏览器数据会清除它们(你需要重新登录)。
EN: The web version (H5) uses browser localStorage for: your login token, a device identifier, a queue of viewing heartbeats that have not yet been delivered, and UI preferences. These are not advertising cookies. Clearing your browser data clears them (you will need to sign in again).
10. 未成年人
中文:本服务仅向年满 18 周岁的成年人提供,部分内容只适合成年人观看。App 首次启动时会进行年龄确认, 未满 18 周岁的用户无法使用。我们不会有意收集未成年人的个人信息;一经发现,会删除相关账号与数据。
EN: This service is only for adults aged 18 or over; some content is intended for adults only. The app asks you to confirm your age on first launch, and users under 18 cannot use it. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors; if we learn that we have, we will delete the account and its data.
11. 政策变更
中文:本政策更新时,我们会在应用内与 heatreels.com/privacy 公示,重大变更会以推送或弹窗提示。

EN: the table above maps each processing purpose to its GDPR legal basis. Push notifications rely on consent and can be withdrawn at any time; core functionality relies on performance of the contract; fraud prevention and rate limiting rely on legitimate interests.
12.2 欧洲经济区 / 英国用户 / EEA and UK users

EN: in addition to §7, you may request restriction of processing, request portability in a machine-readable format, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. We do not carry out solely automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you; recommendation and ad frequency capping are automated but do not determine your rights or obligations. Cross-border transfers are described in §6.
12.3 加州用户 / California users
