Delete your HeatReels account

方式一:在 App 內刪除

Option 1: Delete in the app

打開 HeatReels,登入你要刪除的帳號。
點底部「我的」→ 右上角「設定」。
點「註銷帳戶」(Close Account),閱讀說明後確認。
提交後帳號進入 7 天冷靜期:這 7 天內你重新登入,App 會詢問是否撤銷刪除;不撤銷的話,到期後系統自動刪除,無需再操作。

Open HeatReels and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Tap Mine at the bottom → Settings (top right).
Tap Close Account, read the notice and confirm.
Your account enters a 7-day cooling-off period. If you sign in again during these 7 days the app asks whether to cancel the deletion; otherwise the account is deleted automatically when the period ends.

方式二:沒有安裝 App,用電郵申請

Option 2: Request by email (no app needed)

用你註冊 HeatReels 時使用的電郵地址,發信到 [email protected],主旨寫「刪除帳號」,正文註明你的登入電郵或手機號。我們會先回信核實是帳號本人,核實後按同樣的流程刪除。我們在 30 天內回覆並完成處理。

From the email address you registered with, write to [email protected] with the subject "Delete account" and your login email or phone number in the body. We will reply to verify that the request comes from the account holder, then delete the account through the same process. We respond and complete the request within 30 days.

會刪除什麼

What is deleted

冷靜期結束後 30 天內,以下資料會被刪除或匿名化:

Within 30 days after the cooling-off period ends, the following is deleted or anonymised:

帳號資料:電郵、手機號、密碼、暱稱、頭像、性別、生日、個性簽名、所在地區、時區、邀請碼;
第三方登入綁定(Google、Apple);
觀看記錄、收藏、點讚、追劇訂閱、搜尋記錄、站內訊息、簽到與任務記錄、活動參與記錄;
推送權杖(之後不再收到任何推送);
登入狀態:所有裝置上的登入都會失效。

Account data: email, phone number, password, nickname, avatar, gender, birthday, bio, region, time zone, invitation code;
Third-party sign-in links (Google, Apple);
Viewing history, favourites, likes, series subscriptions, search history, in-app messages, check-in and task records, activity records;
Push token (you will receive no further notifications);
Sessions: you are signed out on all devices.

帳號記錄本身會被匿名化(顯示為「Deleted user」,不再含任何聯絡方式或個人資料),以便保留下面所說的交易記錄之間的對應關係。

The account record itself is anonymised (shown as "Deleted user", with no contact details or personal data), so that the transaction records described below remain consistent.

會保留什麼、保留多久

What is kept, and for how long

交易記錄(會員訂閱與金幣購買的訂單:訂單號、商品、金額、幣種、時間、商店購買憑證),以及對應的金幣 / 獎勵餘額與流水:依稅務與會計法規保留,通常不少於 5 年,僅用於對帳、審計與處理退款糾紛,不再用於任何其他目的。
匿名化的觀看統計(用於向內容方結算的聚合資料):不含任何可識別你的資訊,保留至結算與稅務所需期間結束。
刪除申請記錄(申請與完成時間):保留以證明我們已履行你的刪除請求。

Transaction records (orders for subscriptions and coin purchases: order number, item, amount, currency, time, store purchase receipt) and the matching coin / bonus balances and ledgers: kept as required by tax and accounting law, normally no less than 5 years, used only for reconciliation, audit and refund disputes.
Anonymised viewing statistics (aggregated data used to settle with content providers): contain nothing that identifies you; kept for the settlement and tax retention period.
The deletion request record (when requested and completed), kept as evidence that your request was fulfilled.

刪除前請注意

Before you delete

未用完的金幣、獎勵與未到期的會員權益會隨帳號一併作廢,不予退還;
透過 Google Play / App Store 訂閱的會員,請先在商店的「訂閱」頁面取消續訂,刪除帳號不會自動取消商店訂閱;
刪除完成後無法恢復,同一電郵可以重新註冊,但資料不會找回。

Remaining coins, bonus and unexpired membership are forfeited and not refunded;
If you subscribed through Google Play / the App Store, cancel the renewal in the store's Subscriptions page first — deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription;
Deletion is permanent. The same email can register again, but the data cannot be recovered.
